Archery Parties, Corporate Events and Private Tuition
The club has a number of GNAS qualified archery coaches. Our coaches often hire the club facilities and equipment to provide a range of archery services to private clients.
They can arrange anything from a great archery party for your family or friends to a corporate day out with catering for your group as well as a great day of archery.

Archery parties
Great for birthdays or other special anniversaries, a fun event for family and friends or a team building challenge for colleagues. All equipment is provided. Coaches will give a safety briefing, an explanation and demonstration of a safe, basic shooting technique and then get the party shooting as quickly as possible. We can run a short competition for you and your party if you wish. Ages from 8 upwards. Parties usually last for a couple of hours, but can be longer by arrangement. Party sizes up to 15 people cost £150 (2 coaches) and up to 22 people cost £200 (3 coaches). Groups larger than 22 can be catered for but will be quoted for on an individual basis. Corporate Events
Arranged to suit your requirements and quoted on an individual basis. You may provide your own catering services, or we will cater for you if you wish. We can accommodate group sizes of up to 100 people at the club. If your group is larger than 100 contact us anyway, as we may be able to arrange a suitable alternative venue. Likewise, if you already have a venue, but are in need of coaches and equipment then contact us - as well as our own club coaches we have access to GNAS qualified coaches across the South East of England.
Private Tuition: One-to-one coaching
Charged at £35/hour. Ages from 8 upwards. All equipment is provided. Each additional person attending the same session is charged at £15 - up to a maximum of 4 people per session. To apply for club membership usually requires a minimum of 6 hours of training. Some terms and conditions apply.
Note: Private tuition is offered for those who are unable to attend one of the club's beginners courses. If at all possible please join a club coaching course. It is much cheaper and you will meet more coaches and other club archers during the course.
Private events are usually arranged for periods when they do not clash with normal club activities. As most members work, this is usually 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There is more flexibility with the timing of archery parties, as these can be run alongside normal shooting activities in the evening or at weekends. If in doubt contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.
