1. Club Membership Form

The membership form is posted here for existing members to download for membership renewal or for new members who have successfully completed a training course and wish to join the club. New members must have their application forms countersigned by a club coach before it will be accepted by the Membership Secretary.

3. Club Membership Communications

The club uses a web based service (Yahoo Groups) so that members can stay in touch, ask advice, discuss archery, arrange to meet for shoots, arrange car shares to away shoots, report on competitions and a host of other activities.

There is no software to download/install and it doesn't matter what type of computer you use - Windows, Mac, Linux or even a smartphone. As long as you have internet access and a web browser you can get to our Yahoo Group.

All members are entitled and strongly encouraged to use the Group so that you can keep up to date with what is happening at the club.

It allows us to:

• post messages and see responses from other members
• maintain a club calendar
• share files such as tournament entry forms, results, classifications etc
• share photographs
• share links to other archery related web sites
• advertise articles for sale to other club members

All of our members can update the site.

You can choose to receive messages as they arrive, or receive a summary message once a day, or once a week - or turn off messaging completely and choose to read messages only on the web site.

Lots of information about the running of the club is placed on the Group for members to read - eg committee meeting minutes, AGM papers, reports from club officers.

The Group is "closed" - meaning that only club members have access. If you are a club member and would like join the Group, please complete the form below, then click on "Send Message" at the bottom of the page. You will then receive an invitation with further instructions:
